We carefully hand make and pack each order from our Lancashire workshop and aim to dispatch your jewellery as quickly and thoughtfully as it was made. For more information on dispatch times and delivery please see the information below.

As each item is made to order and personalised orders are hand stamped upon receipt of payment, all orders are normally dispatched within 7-10 working days.
During busy periods this may be up to 14 working days. If this is the case we will drop you an email to let you know.
What if I need my orderer urgently?
If you require an order more urgently please contact us and we will try to accommodate this.
*Please note there will be an extra charge of £5 per item for any urgent orders.
Delivery
UK Shipping
To ensure your jewellery is delivered safely all parcels will be sent via a Royal Mail tracked service. At checkout you will be able to choose from the following options:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 £4.00
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 £2.99
Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery is also available at a rate of £8.95.

Free UK Delivery
Free shipping is available on all UK orders over the amount of £100 (GBP).
This will automatically be calculated at checkout, simply add items to you basket.
International Shipping
All worldwide parcels will be shipped using Royal Mail International at a flat rate of £19.95.
Unfortunately due to new GPSR Regulations we are no longer able to ship to Ireland & Europe.
Please note, The Silver Stable does not have any control over any import duties or custom charges that you may be responsible for when your package reaches the destination country.
Packaging Options
Eco-friendly Packaging
All our orders are packed into our complementary, minimal, eco-friendly packaging. This means your order will be shipped in a padded 100% recycled and recyclable envelope and your jewellery will be neatly placed into our in beautiful branded pouch and gift box.
Gift Wrapped Luxury Packaging
Should you wish to, we offer a FREE gift wrapping upgrade on your order to make it the perfect gift for a loved one.
For FREE all items in the order will be delivered in our luxury branded bag, gift box and faux suede pouch. Your order will also be wrapped in tissue paper, with a complementary gift message and packed into our recyclable Kraft box.
All our packaging is recyclable and reusable as well as being FSC certified.
