Behind the Brand
Hello! I'm Camilla, a wife, mum to three wonderful (yet full on!) boys and the founder and designer behind The Silver Stable.
Horses have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember and I have been riding since I was a little girl as my parents had horses long before I was born.
I have a lifelong love of horses so I knew that when I wanted to launch The Silver Stable and create a new jewellery collection that I had to take inspiration and influences from my main passion and something that I live and breathe, day in, day out.
I have been lucky enough to grow up and live in the beautiful Lune Valley in Lancashire most of my life, which is where The Silver Stable studio and workshop are situated. We are on the outskirts of an area of outstanding natural beauty, The Forest of Bowland and just a 20 minute drive from the Lake District.
Growing up in the countryside and surrounded by nature, I knew how important it was that the jewellery I designed had to be created and made with minimal impact to the environment which is why I have ensured all the materials used are as sustainable as possible and the pieces are made responsibly in the workshop.

The Silver Stable Collection
When I started designing The Silver Stable jewellery collection I wanted to create pieces that were not only beautiful but that would stand the test of time, ensuring they could be worn for many years to come and not become 'fast fashion'.
My determination to drive the slow fashion movement and encourage others to 'Buy well, Buy once' sits with my ethos that beautiful jewellery can be ethical, sustainable luxury without compromise.
Each piece of Silver Stable Jewellery is designed and made to be loved and worn everyday whilst also feeling like you are wearing something beautifully unique and special at the same time, that can equally be worn dressed up in the evening.
All the pieces in the collection are made to order by myself and are made entirely by hand at the workbench or created from a handmade model which is then cast in either sterling silver or solid 9ct gold. They are all filed, soldered and polished in the workshop where I embrace the fact that each and every piece is unique.
The design and creation of each item in the collection is based on what I love and wear myself everyday, whether that's stacked and layered or worn alone.
